9 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will be effective as specified in your service agreement or upon receipt of written notice.

You may terminate your account or service agreement by:
- Providing written notice as specified in your service agreement
- Following the cancellation procedures in your account dashboard
- Contacting our customer support team
Termination by AI Solutions Malaysia
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of our acceptable use policy
- Extended periods of account inactivity
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to our services will be immediately suspended
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We will provide reasonable assistance in data migration, if requested
- Your obligations regarding confidentiality survive termination
- Certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect
10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
